Job Summary To manage and control the following centralized functions / areas of the Bank in Hong Kong, ensuring that services are delivered by either internal staff or vendors in the most efficient and cost effective manner, and in compliance with the agreed service levels and quality standards.

Correspondence handling Courier service KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle the incoming mails from various channels (i.e. Post Office, Courier, Client) and identify the recipient for further dispatching.
  • Respond to mail enquiry from department / branches.
  • Prepare and maintain records for incoming courier and register mail.
  • Provide support in handling of local and international courier shipment with courier vendor.
  • Reconcile the daily postage meter and outward mail register on a daily basis.
  • Maintain information files to facilitate the correspondence handling.
  • Handle consolidated invoice payment.
  • Prepare journal entries for cost allocation to department / branches.
  • Prepare periodic reports as required.
  • Support invoice scanning activities.
  • Support ad hoc project, strategic initiatives and exercises aimed at improving or enhancing the team’s performance.
