The Account Manager must be a self-starter that can effectively direct their own activities toward delivering excellence service and achieve objectives together with teammates, and includes motivated, focusing, planning, scheduling, time management, task tracking, self- evaluation, self-intervention & self-development.

The Role

  • Provide timely responses to inquiries from clients & insurers
  • Produce documents with high standard of accuracy
  • Strictly adhere all processes with high level of integrity and compliance
  • Support Directors to deliver timely, consistent and professional insurance brokerage & consultancy service to construction clients
  • Assist in defining administration standards and processes to be followed to ensure quality in undertaking tasks and producing deliverables.
  • Plan and organize work efficiently so as to achieve deadline of all given tasks
  • Can do & teamwork attitude is essential
  • Keen to learn to become a competent construction broker
  • Work effectively within the team dynamic.
  • Able to recognize and communicate potential issues to teammates; suggest viable solutions for improvement.
  • The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • IIQAS P&P Paper and GI Paper qualified
  • Self-motivated, hard work, persistent, independent, willing to learn and result- oriented
  • Experience of working in a service focused environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mindful of deadlines & management priority
  • Self-motivated and ability to remain focused to deliver the result of given task
  • Committed to quality and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
