Assumes overall responsibility in driving agents’ interests in selling MPF and using MPF as a tool for new customer acquisition.

Discusses with respective partners including PHKL, BOCI-PRU Asset Management and BOCI-PRU Trustee Company for improving MPF sales journey.

Designs and launches sales and licensing activities among agencies. Works with other teammates to develop the alignment bringing to SME / Employee Benefits business.

Monitor respective regulatory changes in MPF requirements and proposes actions in the bid to align with these requirements as MPF intermediaries.

Job Responsibilites :

  • Coordinate efforts of respective partners to drive agents’ MPF awareness, licensing and sales volume
  • Review and ensure the quality of MPF sales activities, including regular audit of application process and its service turnaround time
  • Agree with other sales heads to improve MPF offerings and services in SME segment
  • Oversees the portfolio and formulate actions to improve the benefits MPF bring to Prudential and its agents
  • Demonstrates awareness of the MPF market and keep the management team updated of emerging opportunities and risks
  • Job Requirements :

  • Degree or post graduate
  • IIQE 1,3,4 required
  • 10-12 year experience in the employee benefits industry with exposure in sales and marketing of MPF of which at least 5 years is in managerial position.
  • Exposure in MPF provider to distribute sales via individual MPF intermediaries or project management experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with MPF market trends, related rules and practices.
  • Have good rapport with the MPF fraternity.
  • Possesses leadership quality with ability to lead up initiatives, empower, exemplify and connect with other partners.
  • Willingness to excel and the ability to establish standards.
  • Possessing experience in developing other SME businesses is an advantage.
