About Our Client

Our client is a local FMCG business with a strong portfolio of brands. They have aggressive growth and expansion plans within the Hong Kong & Macau markets and are looking for an experienced Assistant Purchasing manager to strengthen the team.

Job Description

  • Conduct analysis on supplier performances & support bidding projects
  • Engage in contract negotiations & contracts review (Food & Non food vendors)
  • Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing process
  • Identify cost saving opportunities in company & projects based on spend analysis
  • Support local procurement activities & maintain close relationship with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in procure-to-pay process as well as ERP system
  • The Successful Applicant

    University graduate

    At least 8 years experiences in F&B / Retail procurement functions

    Experience in managing suppliers is an advantage

    Strong communication skills; team player
