Reports to : Digital Employee Experience Manager
Department : People (PPL)
The jobholder is primarily accountable for supporting the Digital Employee Experience Manager on the execution of our people technology roadmap, ensuring a brand-
enhancing, seamless digital employee experience - working in partnership IT, vendors and business colleagues as required.
The job-holder will work with stakeholders from across the business to determine requirements associated with various HR applications, lead on defined projects and help design and configure solutions -
and oversee the management and administration associated with the running of our HR systems.
Define requirements and design digital solutions to support the hire-to-retire process, supporting the development of the digital employee experience strategy ;
ensure intuitive and consistent employee experiences across the group is enabled through digital touchpoints
Project manage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all people project activities is delivered as per planned with quality
Support the development and implementation of People projects and programmes
Act as lead contact point for liaising with vendors, system integrators and BUs representatives as required
Manage the prioritization of digital developments and enhancements through working closely with HR CoEs, BPs and IT teams
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes / new solutions
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Support the development of business cases to secure funding for new programmes of work
Administrate and provide on-going support of the deployed People solutions
Undertake research in to industry and HR technology trends, solutions and the pros and cons of various solutions
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline, e.g. HR, Business, Technology etc.
At least 5-6 years of HR experience, including HR technology experience (working with HR solution design and implementation)
Experience in implementing HR Solutions - work on the design, maintenance and / or launching of HR technology advantageous
