Participate and support key account managers on regular performance
and business reviews, identify new opportunities and maintain relationship with customer.
Develop proper KPIs to effectively measure logistics efficiency for customer.
onduct regular performance review, identify improvement opportunities and enable
customer actively manage orders and exceptions without delays.
Take ownership of logistics procedures include set up and managing data flow and system integration with customer and service providers.
University Degree holder or equivalent qualification preferably
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the logistics environment with track record in international account management
Candidates with exposure in retail / apparel industry or buying office will be an advantage
Solid experience and track record in retail warehousing operations, and Regional Distribution Center (RDC) operations will be an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Strong process management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in both written and verbal English & Mandarin
