Our team strives to provide professional services for a wide range of banking products to address customers' different services and financial needs.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Customer Contact Centre (Card and Loans Telesales).

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead a team to achieve sales target by performing telemarketing activities in promoting unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.
  • and deliver excellent services to customers

    Equip team members with advanced service / cross-selling technique to uplift overall product and risk management knowledge

    Maximize the output of the section by timely review and mobilize the resources to complete various jobs

    Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth launch of promotional campaigns, application process, migration and system enhancement projects

    Keep abreast of the changes in the latest regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and policies


    Bachelor Degree in related disciplines or equivalent qualifications

    Minimum 3 years of experience in bank call centre operations with at least 1 year of experience at supervisory level

    Good interpersonal and people management skills

    Strong attentiveness to details and able to work independently and under pressure

    Sound knowledge of application software

    Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage

    Willing to work on flexi-hours

    Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

    Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Card and Loans Telesales Officer .)
