The Role
Currently, we are recruiting an Senior Officer - Marketing to support t he Consumer Experience & Content Development. This role will support product launches and uplift consumer experience for our skincare line.
Reports to : Assistant Manager - Marketing
Job Responsibilities :
Drive and develop on-brand content targeting ultra-prestige and sophisticated customers that align with brand objectives and strategies
Assist in formulating 360-degree marketing campaigns for the designated franchise to accelerate brand SHISEIDO’s business growth
Work closely with agencies to create engaging online to offline experience in pop-up activation and POS
Manage content distribution to different touchpoints to drive maximum reach and impact
Develop effective customer communications via CRM campaign including email & SMS
Analyze and evaluate the content performance to drive improvements
Provide administrative and operational support to the team
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in marketing or agency, preferably in retail / FMCG / beauty industry or in the field of digital / social media
Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on the latest social media trend is a plus.
Mature, pro-active, creative, dynamic and self-disciplined with positive attitude
A team player and a result-oriented person
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Can work independently under pressure and tight timeline
Good command of English and Chinese
