Job Description Report to Director, Sales SE Asia & Korea. Business Manager will work with country managers, sales, installed base sales team and distributors, to achieve SEAK sales and revenue quota of Varian products.

  • Lead with cross functional teams to achieve sales and revenue goals Assist sales director to manage SE Asia & Korea sales and revenue with in-country team and distributors Manage Sales Quote to Order process with in-depth knowledge of Varian products, configuration and requirement from customers and distributors Own quotation configuration integrity and governance Support Sales Order to Cash process with cross-functional teams including installation, GCO, finance and accounts for revenue recognition and execution of sales orders Serves as a product expert and consultative resource to customers for overall customer satisfaction Support and consolidate with in-country team for preparing comprehensive responses to tender and RFP Review tender and RFP with responsible commercial person and in strict cooperation with other internal stakeholders Prepare the administrative documentation and collect all documentation required by the tender and RFP procedures Oversee all aspects of bid preparation to ensure bids are submitted in a timely manner and deadlines are met Manage the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, reporting and compliance Develop new account and / or expanding existing accounts in SE Asia and Korea Builds and manages relationships with current customers, distributors, identifies new customers and develops relationships for the purpose of selling Varian products : analyzes territory for sales potential;
  • develops and implements effective sales strategies Maintains appropriate level of territory coverage; plans and executes effective sales calls, schedules product demonstrations with product / marketing specialists, in country team and distributors Pre-sales and post-sales project planning with cross functional teams Provides market win loss analysis for sales strategy formulation Represents Varian ethics, values and business practices with all internal and external constituents Requirement : Experience of handling and supporting capital intensive medical systems sales Understanding of radiation oncology machine configuration and requirement Education and Experience : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

    5 years of related experience or above Effective interpersonal skills. Proficiency in utilizing business tools such as : E-mail, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Experience with Quotation systems like Unity CPQ, CRM SalesForce and additional productivity software desired. Proficiency in English, additional language skill of markets in the region desired Varian is required to comply with all local and applicable regulations that may be associated with vaccine requirements for certain roles.
