Partner with store, operations team and stakeholders to prevent theft and reduce shrinkage
Response to store crime, emergency, internal fraud, and LP incidents of assigned jurisdiction
Conduct daily anti-crime operations (include CCTV capturing, study shrinkage report, culprits matching, intelligence collection, known theft items analysis, security alarm & CCTV checking)
In-charge of fraud investigation and report submission
Partner with project, FM, and vendor in responsible for store security system design and setting
Assist in preparing store communication whenever incidents occurred
Regular store visit, perform checking and attend meeting to deliver LP message to strengthen store LP awareness
Work with Law enforcement for crime prevention, including reply court warrant, share theft intelligence
Assist in organizing incidents reports and register to master incident file.
As a store key contact, handle all inquiries calls from store and relevant external parties
Required to work shift duties and timely response for day and night emergency
Complete all tasks assigned by superior
Do you have experience in loss prevention and safety?
F. 5 or above
Holder of Security Personnel Permit
High degree of discipline and integrity
2 years’ security or loss prevention experience in retail business would be an advantage
Good initiative, teamwork, and interpersonal skill
Able to work independently, good time management and complete tasks within timeline
Proactive, well organized, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Good command of spoken and written both in English and Chinese
Need to work in stores and office
