Human Resources Officer (6 months contract

Overall Purpose

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to work on overseas payroll administration for 6 months maternity leave cover.

Job Description :

  • The candidate will mainly be responsible for overseas payroll administration, including monthly payroll, fund request, taxation and annual activities
  • Manage overseas payroll vendors
  • Liaise with Business unit HR and vendors to handle employee’s enquiry
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned and any other ad-hoc duties as required
  • Requirement :

  • Degree holder in human resources management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience on payroll administration
  • Experience in overseas payroll administration or familiar with overseas employment ordinance is an advantage
  • Detail-minded, good organizing, time management and problem solving skills
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and results-driven team player
  • Good command in English and Cantonese is must
  • Experienced in global HRIS is an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
