Senior Service Desk Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Work with the IT Service Desk team lead to deliver professional services desk services in an effective and efficient manner according to ITIL and ITSM processes and framework and meeting the pre-defined Service Level Agreement;
  • Coach and motivate the IT Service Desk team members to attain required level of competence;
  • Establish, revise and implement incident & service request handling and managing procedures and guidelines to ensure delivery of quality and reliable IT services;
  • Define new and / or revamp existing processes and procedures to ensure standardization, consistency, efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Introduce fully or semi automation for routine work to improve productivity and turnaround time;
  • Communicate effectively with end users and all related stakeholders;
  • Produce related performance reports and dashboards of the service desk team and individual team members.
  • System Administrator / IT Officer

    Responsibilities

  • Hardware / software setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting
  • Provide hardware, software, Database and network support
  • Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase / maintenance
  • Manage IT asset and server hardware inventory
  • Vendor and Project management
  • Follow up ad-hoc task
  • System Engineer (Window x1, Linux x1), (inhouse)

    Responsibilities :

  • Perform Window / Linux system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrade, system monitoring and health checks.
  • Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.
  • Manage capacity monitoring on system and applications.
  • As a technical advisor for junior system administrator.
  • Senior / Junior) Network Engineer (25K-55K)

    Responsibilities

    Provide Technical support and Operation support for the company network infrastructure

  • Handle the daily operation on network and security
  • Handle network and security equipment installation and configuration
  • Handle troubleshooting, incident support, and coordination with service partner and carrier
  • Other IT related ad-hoc tasks when needed
  • Job Duties

  • Work with a team to provide front-line operation support, system configuration, user account administration, timely fix problems and diagnostics to all issues relating Internal IT System
  • Monitoring the healthiness and report fault of IT Systems
  • Manage the IT System Operations and program deployment
  • Liaise and work closely between various departments to support the overall business goal
  • Ensure that operations deliverables are completed consistently and on time, and that they meet quality standards
  • Job Requirement :

    Requirements :

  • University graduate in Information Systems or related disciplines;
  • Possess at least 5 years of related experience with at least 3 years in a team lead position;
  • ITIL certification is highly desirable;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and integrity;
  • Be presentable and able to communicate well with internal users and external parties;
  • Be able to perform tasks management and prioritize on hand tasks;
  • Commitment to striving for continuous improvement and quality.

    Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years working experience related to IT support and troubleshooting
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communications skill and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently
  • Good infrastructure skills (Cloud, AWS, Windows, VMWare, Linux, Veeam, Networking)
  • Knowledge in Firewall, Switches, SAN, MSSQL, MYSQL, VOIP, VPN Less experience will consider as IT Officer
  • System Engineer (Window x1, Linux x1), (inhouse)

    Requirements :

  • Degree holder in information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Windows XP / 7, Window 2008Server and Linux system administration experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge in technical infrastructure environment and experience in system architecture design
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Window 2008 Active Directory, Microsoft Cluster,
  • Experience in blade server system administration, VM and Lotus Notes is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience in cloud / big data architecture design, system security, ISO 20K / ITIL is an advantage.
  • Senior / Junior) Network Engineer

    Requirements :

    Degree or Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics or Information Technology or related disciplines

  • Holder of CCNA / CCNP is preferred
  • Knowledge in Cisco IOS and NX-OS, switching, routing and tunneling. Such as : TCP / IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, VRRP / HSRP, GRE, IPSec, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
  • Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers, vendors and internal parties
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
  • Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
  • 1-year working experience in IT support
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduate with high calibre will also be considered
