Our client, an international retail company, is looking for an Administrative Officer (3 months contract) to satisfy their business needs.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
Responsible for budget of expenses follow up for the whole region
Responsible for basic legal follow ups.
Handle internal and external correspondences independently
Help to coordinate meetings
Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment and travel arrangements, etc.
Prepare reports and expenses claims
Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by Travel Retail Director
Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration with solid exposure in office renovation, project co-ordination
Self-motivated, good communication skill & able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
Strong numerical sensitivity, statistic knowledge and quantitative analysis skills
Previous experience in human resources and finance / accounting is an advantage
Good computer knowledge of Outlook Express, MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
Complete fluency in English and Cantonese is required, French is a plus
