Our client, an international retail company, is looking for an Administrative Officer (3 months contract) to satisfy their business needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Responsible for budget of expenses follow up for the whole region
  • Responsible for basic legal follow ups.
  • Handle internal and external correspondences independently
  • Help to coordinate meetings
  • Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment and travel arrangements, etc.
  • Prepare reports and expenses claims
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by Travel Retail Director
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration with solid exposure in office renovation, project co-ordination
  • Self-motivated, good communication skill & able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Strong numerical sensitivity, statistic knowledge and quantitative analysis skills
  • Previous experience in human resources and finance / accounting is an advantage
  • Good computer knowledge of Outlook Express, MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Complete fluency in English and Cantonese is required, French is a plus
