What will you do
You will manage all technical aspects of HKE’s Passenger Service System (PSS) operations and play a key role in the following areas :
Manage HKE’s Passenger Service System (PSS) Navitaire
Provide first level support and ensure business continuity for PSS
Key role for technical implementation of new interline partners in HKE’s PSS
Work with the third parties to make new interline partners available on HKE’s website, mobile apps and other direct and indirect distribution channels
Coordinate with HKE’s Airport Operations Teams regarding operational matters for departure control system (DCS) - GoNow
Investigate and resolve all technical issues related to GDS / API / Interline bookings
Provide first level support in GDS / API / Interline technical error investigation and advice to business partners; troubleshoot and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements;
liaise with partners on any technical matters
Generate regular and special reports related to stakeholders
Support ad hoc projects as assigned with strict timeline
We are a perfect match, if you are / have :
Degree holder or above
A min. of 5 years of total working experience & a minimum 3 years’
experience in reservation system within an airline, GDS or other travel-related company
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of the airline distribution landscape
Project management experience with multiple internal and external stakeholders
PSS - Navitaire knowledge is a plus
Familiar with the low-cost airline business model is a plus
SQL knowledge in extracting data and generating reports is a plus

Knowledge of airline reservation systems / booking systems
Knowledge of interline / codeshare is desirable but not required
