Work with key internal stakeholders and external agencies / partners to implement digital marketing plan
Collaborate with internal teams to create contents for promotion landing pages, digital assets and optimize user experience.
Analyze key benefits of Cigna’s products and services to facilitate crafting of compelling messages across different digital marketing assets
Assist in building digital customer journey, develop EDM and customize the message to target different customer segments and generate leads for sales team to achieve business targets
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against business targets (ROI and KPIs)
Keep the team up-to-date with key competitors activities and digital marketing trends
Job Qualifications :
University graduate with at least 4 years’ digital marketing experience, preferably with experience from insurance companies
Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEM / SEO, digital sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
Basic knowledge in HTML and SQL will be an advantage.
Proactive and resourceful with strong business acumen and analytical skills
Passionate in developing and embracing new knowledge of integrated digital marketing trend to support business growth
Creative, good organizational skills, mature and able to work on multi-tasks
Team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
