Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing

Job Responsibilities :

  • Work with key internal stakeholders and external agencies / partners to implement digital marketing plan
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create contents for promotion landing pages, digital assets and optimize user experience.
  • Analyze key benefits of Cigna’s products and services to facilitate crafting of compelling messages across different digital marketing assets
  • Assist in building digital customer journey, develop EDM and customize the message to target different customer segments and generate leads for sales team to achieve business targets
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against business targets (ROI and KPIs)
  • Keep the team up-to-date with key competitors activities and digital marketing trends
  • Job Qualifications :

  • University graduate with at least 4 years’ digital marketing experience, preferably with experience from insurance companies
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEM / SEO, digital sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge in HTML and SQL will be an advantage.
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Passionate in developing and embracing new knowledge of integrated digital marketing trend to support business growth
  • Creative, good organizational skills, mature and able to work on multi-tasks
  • Team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
