To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre join us as Supply Chain Manager, the scope will be international Jew brand based in HK Headquarter and part of Qeelin management team.
How you will contribute
Manage production order for jewellery including issue PO to vendors, track production progress, production costs, assure delivery dates, and arrange shipment delivery from vendors
Process monthly replenishment orders and orders on existing SKUs (JEW) from Merchandising, starts from issuing customer order in system, follow up with all production orders, re-
allocation of existing PO, and take from inventory worldwide
Handle relationship with logistics service provider and custom brokers
Lead various projects such as RJC certification, sustainability progress or workshop clarification.
Communicate order status to retail head worldwide and ongoing communication with Supply planning on accurate delivery
Process DOS & WOS’s monthly orders and communicate to Logistics for on-time shipments
Responsible for After sales / Repair and Raw material sourcing
Communicate between supplier and warehouse hub for all inbound delivery
Ensure all product information are adequate and accurate before arriving to the warehouse hub
Process inbound in system and ensure jewellery are correctly allocate for later shipments
Ensure the costs of raw material is added to the cost of production before delivery
Handle domestic / oversea outbound delivery for jewellery and packaging
Manager warehouse and stock including monthly stocktake on both jewellery and packaging for all shops worldwide (either physical stocktake or stocktake control)
Manage customer order and deposit order
Inventory related management - Gifting / write-off, melting, consignments (both internal and external)
Maintain Jewellery product information including new product shooting arrangement, worldwide price update (price adjustment included), Limited Edition certificate preparation
Who you are
Bachelor degree holder or above
10 minimum years of relevant experience in luxury retail sector, preferably from hard luxury
International supply chain business knowledge and vendor resources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in spoken and written English / Mandarin / Cantonese
Energetic, passionate, creative
Able to work under pressure and a good team player
Team leader experience minimum for 5 years
Immediate available is highly preferred
