Customer Service Coordinator

Requirements : F.5 or above

F.5 or above

1 year or above working experience in customer service or shipping industry is preferred

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage

Mature, cheerful, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and team spirit

Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Email software & Chinese Word Processing

Responsibilities :

Handle customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email

Follow up the order status with customers

Make sure the goods on time delivery accurately

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistic Team in providing full range of high standard service

Lodge down customer issues, problems or complaints for sales term follow up

Inform and work with Sales Team about the order situation

Maintain a good communications with the Customers and co-operation parties
