You’re a key player in supporting Dr. Martens’ global SaaS solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and a short-list of others as a Systems Administrator.

You have experience working in a global environment, as well as supporting global system implementations. This role is responsible for proactively monitoring and maintaining Dr.

Martens’ SaaS solutions and applications hosted on third party technologies including Microsoft Azure.


  • General System Administration Production & Non-Production Environments : Monitor & maintain systems leveraging Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and 3rd party tools to ensure the health and performance of the environments.
  • Manage batches including configuration, monitoring, and issue management. Manage security through your understanding of each system’s security model and its elements with a focus on managing user's role-based security.

    Provide basic configuration and problem resolution for data imports / exports, including D365’s Data Management Module, BYOD (Bring Your Own Database) and Azure Integration Runtime.

    Create new and maintain existing non-production environments including database refreshes from Production and applying code changes.

  • Investigate application issues, then resolve or escalate to the appropriate parties.
  • Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
  • Post software updates, drivers, knowledge bases and Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) resources on company Help Desk system to assist in problem resolution.
  • Field incoming problem tickets from end-users to resolve application and software issues within each environment.
  • Work with global teams to ensure smooth running of D365, POS, OMS, CRM and other local and regional solutions.

    Skills / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 3+ years of related experience required.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX applications and technologies is desired.
  • Experience in a Global ERP environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of LCS (Lifecycle Services) for monitoring performance and resolving issues.
  • Understanding of Azure Infrastructure and Microsoft DevOps. Experience in managing multiple tenants, including mainland China, is desirable.
  • Understanding of business processes for retail and distribution companies.
