The Role Marketing Campaigns Specialist / Manager, APAC (based in Hong Kong)

Fitch Ratings is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join its growing APAC marketing team. This key role will work in concert with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to devise strategies and execute marketing programs that build awareness and generate demand across Fitch’s brands, products, and services.

The ideal candidate will possess B2B Financial Services marketing experience and have a proven track record of implementing high-impact demand and lead generation programs.

In addition, he / she will have demonstrated proficiency in Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform is data-driven, customer-focused, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.

Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, the Marketing Campaigns Specialist, APAC will take ownership of all marketing campaigns within the region, utilizing both digital and offline channels to support Fitch business objectives.


  • In collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, devise campaign strategy and plan to develop, nurture, and grow Fitch APAC audience.
  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads across the Fitch Group businesses. Campaigns include product, newsletters, nurture, retention, cross-sell / upsell, webinars and events.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign performance metrics, effectiveness, and business impact. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and business marketing teams to improve results.
  • Continually optimize the performance of campaigns through A / B testing (messaging, CTAs, subject lines, templates, audience segments, etc.)
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence in APAC including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, and any additional channels relevant to the region.
  • Create compelling and convincing messaging that drives desired action(s). Coordinate with Group and Business marketing to align messaging with brand / global initiatives.
  • Ensure implementation of campaign / Marketo best practices
  • Develop and implement localized campaigns from global initiatives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends within APAC, identifying opportunities to target new customers and markets with our products and services
  • Provide guidance and advice to local business team in marketing campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Work closely with APAC sales and marketing teams to ensure marketing & sales alignment
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years experience in digital marketing; B2B financial services experience a plus
  • Minimum 3 years experience in campaign management, email marketing, or marketing automation role
  • Proficient in Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Practical experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with digital acquisition channels : paid social, lead generation, and digital advertising
  • Knowledge of best practices and experience managing social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Weibo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
