Are you interested in a customer service position in a well-known Japanese company?

Nature of Business : Japanese Credit Card Service Company (Membership lounge)

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service, handle enquiries such as hotel, travel tour booking and emergency assistance etc.

Conduct market research and reports

Requirement :

Diploma or above with min 2yrs exp. in customer service or related field

Proficiency in Japanese, with good command of English or Mandarin will be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal skill and familiar to MS excel and PowerPoint

Benefits :

13 mths + Discretionary bonus
