Position Description :

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the incumbent will assist in preparing marketing and sales materials, and be the key support to all sales executives for the business development team.

The business development team focuses on providing technology solutions (mainly RFID related technology) to Esquel’s business partners.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and follow-up on execution, in particular preparing marketing materials such as website / presentations
  • Assist in analyzing and improving the current marketing and sales initiatives
  • Assist sales executives in closing deals including preparing proposal
  • Enhance and maintain the key sales management resources such as shared drive, pipeline sheet, and prepare for all regular meetings
  • Research on the market potential of our products and help identify and research on potential customers
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • University degree holder in Business Administration or technology related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in B2B marketing and sales role for technology solutions (less experienced might be considered for officer role)
  • Knowledge in RFID is a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident and presentable with outgoing personality
  • Good organizational skill, able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Quick learner with a positive can-do attitude, with intellectual curiosity to learn about the solutions being offered in the division
  • Proactive team player and able to work under pressure with impeccable attention to details
  • Willing to travel occasionally based on business needs
