What You'll Bring :

  • Proactive and high attention to detail
  • Experience in customer experience / service / call centre
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to process phone verification process in outbound client calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Possess high conduct credentials, ethics, honesty and integrity
  • Impact You'll Make :

  • Conduct manual review of transactions to ensure the reliability of an identity document and the selfie images
  • Conduct phone verification process with the outbound client calls
  • Escalate and file the red flag when any fraud activity has been identified
  • Conduct Mobile APP User Acceptance Test
