DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the TCF team, we actively participate in the exploration, identification & solicitation of targeted TCF clients, based on which we also help in the formulation and materialization of the team’s budget.
As part of the front line members, we act as a bridge between external clients and internal mid- & back- offices including but not limited to Credit Risk Management, Bills & Loan, Customer Services, Legal & Compliance and TCF units in other locations.
We need to explore, propose, monitor, maintain, add-value, expand & spin off client’s relationship to the mutual benefit and satisfaction of both the clients and the bank.
Contribute to the achievement of TCF North Asia budgets and commercial objectives
Identify and solicit new clients
Serve and further develop existing clients
Closely monitor transactions of clients
Write call reports and other internal reports
Prepare one-off applications and credit proposals (including greenlight proposal, Early Stage Support Memo and inputs in Approval package, Finan, Risk Rater etc.)
Make due diligence visits and reports
Coordinate with and assist TCF Shanghai (on shore) and TCF Hong Kong (off shore) in the development of TCF business
Coordinate with other ING units in serving clients which maintain global relationship with our bank
Develop cross buy business opportunities with clients
Proven client relationship skills
Minimum 6 years’ working experience in related field
High computer literacy and strong English and Mandarin language capabilities.
Good analytical capabilities and presentation skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative required
Excellent team player and exhibit a high level of motivation and drive
