The Department

The Strategic Procurement Department is focused on delivering effective business solutions through a strategic management approach of our costs, our supplier base and the continuous improvement of our administrative initiatives.

You will :

  • Support continuous improvement through review of procurement templates, policy and procedures, internal compliance control and sharing of procurement best practices and market intelligence
  • Support the development of process consistency within Strategic Procurement Develop to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Engage internal stakeholders, procurement teams and suppliers through regular communications and feedback consolidation
  • Support in identification, selection, sourcing and development and management of suppliers supporting IT category
  • Responsible for placing orders in response to service and material requirements against contracted supply agreements.
  • Assist in developing internal reports and analysis such as KPI reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance report to support decision making
  • You should have :

  • Degree in Procurement, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of related work experience including system implementation
  • Sound knowledge Oracle ERP / IT systems to support procurement activity is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationship with stakeholders
  • Good planning and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Terms of Employment

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
