Your contribution at AIG
Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email
Providing accurate product / marketing / service information to clients
Taking orders and providing after sales service
Maintaining a professional and good image to customers on providing business services
No shifting is required and 5 days’ work week
What we are looking for
Higher diploma degree or above, with 2 years experiences in Call Centre / Customer Service / Sales Support would be preferred
Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 would be an advantage
Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese; ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage
Excellent written manners in both English and Chinese
PC literate and able to type fast.
Able to work independently, as well as, be a team player
Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive
Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient
