Assist the Chief Steward to supervise the Stewarding Department
Maintain the standard of hygiene in all F&B area
Co-ordinates with Food & Beverage in ensuring that all banqueting and restaurant operations function efficiently and on time
Takes periodic inventory and par stock maintenance for all chinaware, glassware, silverware and hollowware
Form 5 or above
2 - 3 years’ experience as Assistant Chief Steward position in hotel industry
Knowledge of chemical and sanitation guideline
Proficiency PC knowledge in MS Office
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
