Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to support Booking.com BV with the rapid and continuous growth of its business in the Region.
The main responsibility of the role are to support the Regional Director and Commercial Excellence Director in developing and managing Booking.
com’s annual and quarterly regional strategy, objective and target setting, also monitoring (product) performance and proposing action plans to continuously improve the Partner Services department in their region, as well as uncovering opportunities for the region at large.
At the same time you would be managing the implementation of regional and global initiated changes, in order for them to land smoothly in the regional operation & project lead selected strategic initiatives.

Assistance with the creation of a Change and Implementation plan for Regional Partner Services in collaboration with relevant Global PS, Chains, Regional Managers and Regional Director.
Continuously provide support to improve global change management, including change impact analysis, change readiness, deployment plans, release schedules and change communications & aligning with training in line with business needs and metrics to measure the success of change adoption.
To help define & continuously drive the planning and execution of performance strategy / tactics for the region to enable the operational success of our PS Operations.
Owner and fostering of Commercial Excellence methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools, organization, and governance, incorporating continuous improvement with key stakeholders.
An active part of the Global Partner Services and Global Commercial Excellence Department, where you contribute with peers and global teams on projects and initiatives aimed at positioning Booking.
com solidly in a fast-changing environment while representing regional priorities.
