What does the role involve?
Being a team player in the Strategic Marketing team, support to improve data quality to enhance impact of various marketing and sales activities.
Produce business simulation for proposals or improvement projects.
Capture customer and business insights and communicate timely to the stakeholders and the organization.
Regularly maintain the market and customer database in the best quality and support the fact based strategic planning across different business functions.
Review current data maintenance process and ensure process integrity and ensure the process is well executed as global and / or regional guidelines.
Ready to support the supervisor in other data analysis and business process implementation preparation.

What you need is :
Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Science or related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or process improvement gained in scaled company.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent conceptual, analytical and presentation skills on data and process and able to visualize complicated analysis.
Detailed-oriented with high accuracy and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, open for giving and taking feedback
Work independently and self-driven, with positive thinking and a can-do attitude.
Experience in working with SAP, Salesforce and Reporting System is a plus.
Strong critical thinking and pragmatic mindset.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
