  • Manage the BESPOKE Salon in LANDMARK, and supervise and supervise the team to provide premium customer services to VIP guests
  • Train and coach individual team members, monitor the team’s daily operations to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness
  • Answer VIP guests’ enquiries and handle complaints in a professional manner
  • Prepare regular reports for management's review
  • Handle administrative work for VIP programmes
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Possess minimum 7 years' customer service experience in luxury brands / hospitality / aviation industry, with at least 3 years at supervisory position
  • Able to work independently under high pressure
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the latest news and trends of luxury retail industry will be an advantage
  • Willing to wear uniform and work on shift and overtime
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
