  • Full stack development understanding -.NET stack, Node.js stack and software engineering principals
  • Understanding of how-to solution an application to stateless, serverless in cloud
  • Understand the right scale of change management or re-architecture for a business not just creating the best architecture without understanding the ability for a customer to cope with those changes
  • Azure Platform including, serverless, differences between service fabric and AKS, how best to do key integration, HSM technologies etc
  • Multi-Cloud Architecture in Application Modernization
  • How modernize traditional datawarehouse
  • Master Data Management and Data Governance Basics
  • Cloud Governance and Cloud Build best practices
  • CMP knowledge and solutions
  • Ability to explain the principle of a cloud service and it’s intended developed use and when and when NOT to use the service and under what conditions, when third party equivalent tools are more appropriate
  • Strong middle ware technology and integration stacks ESB, API platforms, API Security etc.
  • OS Management and expertise in large scale both in Linux and Windows and associated tooling / scripting
  • Strong implementation experience in Advisory, Migration and Modernization

  • Strong experience in large scale migrations where you have acted as the lead technical resource on the project and managing others to deliver the project
  • Driven multiple migration workshops, dependency mapping, application grouping,
  • Ability to create the workshop content from scratch
  • Ability to create the application modernization methodology and content as part of a migration
  • Able to create a 100 to 200-page PDF Advisory and Migration Planning report, customized with a true Executive Summary fit for the Board
  • Ability to assess multiple database types for re-architecture including, Posgres, Sybase, MySQL, MS SQL, NoSQL, DB2, Oracle, Cassandra and MongoDB
  • Application Modernization and DevSecOps Domain Knowledge

  • Able to create the framework for .NET and Node.js and convert that into serverless architectures

  • Storage (Blob, Files, Disk) or equivalent in AWS (S3, Block Storage etc), Storage Optimization architectures using NAS
  • Networking (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN)
  • Security (Firewalls, Security Center, WAF, IDS, IPS, NSG / Sec Groups)
  • Service Automation platforms to hack badly written applications
  • SQL Server IaaS, SQL MI & DBaaS
  • SQL Migration, Tools and Management

  • Authoring Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and / or Cloud Formation Templates and able to do on Terraform and Ansible DevSecOps
