6 years + freight forwarding / logistics experience

Develop, manage, secure & support the assigned strategic clients and build trust-based relationship with them;
Work closely with operations and sales teams in maintaining service information to clients, improving service quality and developing clients' process flow;
Partner with operations teams to work out presentation & proposals for the target or current strategic clients;
Identify additional business and develop new strategic clients and achieve sales target by monitoring cost & revenue;
Ensure the implementation of new business is effectively executed and aligned with set procedures and agreements;
Drive continuous process improvement proactively, find new way of improving service levels / efficiencies / data accuracy;
Establish performance indicators to ensure the service level, data quality & client's satisfaction;
Respond to clients' enquiries and provide solutions, identify and execute tactics designed to solve specific operational problems of clients;
Prepare management reports for analysis & recommendations.
6+ years’ experience in handling Global / Regional strategic account in global forwarding / logistics;
Bachelor / Master degree in supply chain / business related disciplines;
Ability to embrace change in a dynamic, diverse culture and challenging business environment;
Good team player with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to influence others;
High attention to details with excellent analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking;
Strong business and commercial acumen, familiar with US / Mexico trade market is preferable;
Self-motivated, pro-active self-starter, with an ability to self-manage, commitment to teamwork and target oriented;
Supportive and able to provide mentoring / training;
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English & Chinese;
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
