Handle enquiries from customers of Direct Channel and AXA agents for General Insurance Commercial business
Underwrite new business and renewal cases for various general insurance products under predefined authority
Work closely with the whole team to monitor and achieve business and service targets
Assist manager in exploring new business opportunities and defining channel strategy
Facilitate our business partners understanding our underwriting appetites and capabilities
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and business partners by providing good quality of services and deliverables
Identify the problems in both underwriting and sales operation with proposed solutions. Assist manager in transforming sales operation process in order to achieve efficiency gain
Candidates with less experience will be considered as senior officer
Min 5 years relevant working experience, preferable in general insurance industry
University degree and / or holders of ACII / ANZIIF qualifications or equivalent would be an advantage
IIQE paper I & II
Customer service experience would be an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, customer oriented
Good negotiation and influencing skills
Mature, patient, with good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
A good team player with positive attitude
Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
