SCOPE

The Human Resource Specialist - APAC is supporting the HR department by performing assigned human resources work in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development and policies and guidelines.

The Human Resource Specialist APAC provides general administrative and organizational support for the department.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinating talent acquisition and recruiting processes as needed, including required approvals, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding assistance.
  • Providing excellent customer service in all HR-related interactions.
  • Preparing and coordinating administrative tasks like maintaining personnel files, new employee orientation, coordinating with management for probation assessments and coordinating employee recognition / morale events (monthly birthday recognition, etc).
  • Supporting HR Management with administration of various projects and policy / procedure implementation and changes.
  • Utilizing tools, systems & resources effectively in order to analyze employee data, develop solutions and provide support to meet internal customer needs that ensure strong cross-
  • functional communication.

  • This includes but is not limited to Benefits, Compensation, and systems such as applicant tracking, time off / absence, HRIS, and other HR related systems used to facilitate job accountabilities.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor Degree in a related field and minimum four years of experience in an HR Admin role or equivalent combination s of education and experience.

    KEY SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR projects management.
  • Working in MNC environment or experience as a HRBP role for Asia countries will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications technical concepts using non-
  • technical language and interact effectively with a diverse team.

  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems and identify effective solutions.
  • Foster a positive team environment. Remain professional at all times, manage up and take initiative where and when necessary.
