Job Purpose :
The Supply Chain and Inventory Control Lead will be responsible for managing inventory within the Authentication Center, executing order and fulfillment activities supporting the end customer and MRP / ordering of consumable products supporting the Authentication Center Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Inventory management responsibilities supporting the Authentication Center
Materials resource planning (MRP) and ordering of consumables supporting the Authentication Center
Collaboration with the site leader on consumables budgeting
Execution of fulfillment activities including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping.
Achieve key metrics across inventory and fulfillment
Maintain real time and accurate inventory records and visibility
Maintain and communicate inventory metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
StockX liaison with vendors supporting the Authentication Center
Maintain visibility and action items in various stages in the Authentication Center
SOP adherence for product flow in the Authentication Center
Cycle count inventories on a regular basis and drive month-end inventory verification
Investigate inventory discrepancies, find root causes, develop and implement solutions to inventory management processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, transportation, product, and other teams as necessary to identify and resolve issues that impact inventory
Support for special projects, operational needs, geographical expansions, new business opportunities, IT implementations and process improvements
Education & Experience :
4+ years professional experience with a minimum of 2+ years in an Inventory Management and / or Supply Chain role
Experience with warehouse (WMS), operations (OMS) and enterprise (ERP) management systems and processes a plus
Experience in an E-Commerce / Marketplace environment a plus
Knowledge & Skills :
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, problem solving and creative thinking skills
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Previous experience within a logistics and inventory warehouse environment
Previous experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is a plus
Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
Aptitude to multitask and work independently with attention to detail and follow through
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (or iOS equivalents)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Frequent interaction with other teams, including leaders
Frequently making decisions with general approval from leader
Equipment & Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack, and other common basic office software
Working Conditions :
The Authentication Center is a warehouse environment with working conditions found in a typical warehouse setting. Team members may be regularly exposed to dust, odors, and noise.
Required safety equipment includes gloves and protective eyewear. Shirts with sleeves are recommended, though not required
Team members in this environment will be required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot more than 75% of the time
Physical Requirements :
May lift up to 50 - 100 pounds
Ability to operate a pallet jack, baler, compactor, box erector, dunnage machine and / or tape machine
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
Good sense of balance
Good eye-hand-foot coordination
Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights
Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
