Description : :

  • Lead a team to carry out the operations / activities of general accounting and office administration
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing and reporting
  • Responsible for transaction auditing and co-ordinate for regular audits' activities
  • Ensure the effectiveness of full range of office administrative duties, including but not limited to office / facilities / leasing management / maintenance, travel & insurance arrangement, fixed asset management, etc.
  • Compile various reports for management review regularly and prepare meeting / proposal materials
  • Requirement : :

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines with HKICPA / ACCA would be a plus
  • 5 years' solid and relevant working experience
  • Experience in Fashion Retail industry and office administration are definitely an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Strong analytical and people management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
