About Our Client

Our client is a growing international retail company with branches across the world. The business is rapidly growing with increasing number of stores opening in various location.

Their HK office is located at a premium location with a westernised working environment. They are looking for stable candidate with solid administrative experience and strong skill in using Microsoft Office.

Job Description

The team secretary will have the following responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of professional administrative and clerical support
  • Provide operational support to the team, such as documentations, project inventory record, coordination, etc.
  • Handle paperwork, such as, reporting documents, presentations, prepare minutes, consolidation fro multiple projects
  • Maintain files, database, update records
  • Handle ad hoc assignments
  • Mintain a smooth communication internally and externally
  • Coordinate logistics for business trips and team travel arrangements
  • The Successful Applicant

    The effective team secretary should have the following requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred
  • Well organized, multi-tasks, flexible and open minded
  • Strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
  • Strong analytic, detail oriented and organization skills with high sense of responsibility
  • Able to work under fast and dynamic environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
