Job Description
1. Work closely with Sales to develop training opportunities for accelerating Alibaba Cloud Service2. Work closely with our customers and partners for training proposal and document Statement of Work documents (SOWs)3.
Organize and arrange overseas training and certification events with successful execution4. Work closely with instructor on new course design and operation5.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with education institution6. Cross- department cooperation and training partner management7.
Optimize service delivery mechanism, enhance user experience according to service progress8. Be responsible for operation Alibaba cloud academy learning platform
Job requirements
1. Qualification 5+ year pre-sales experience in IT or training industry2. Technical-Fluent English and domestic communicating and cooperation ability-Excellent English written skill and engaging ability-Experience on cloud computing would be a plus-The ability of working in complex working environment3.
Education Bachelor and above, best to have oversea education background
