JOB TITLE : HR Business Partner
Purpose Statement :
The HR job holder supports to provide professional support and advice to the business by using effective and efficient tools in all areas of Human Resources Management.
Key Accountabilities :
Support line management throughout all HR cycle like recruitment, learning and development, performance and career management.
Coordinate all moves, promotions, exits across different locations for GTR.
Apply change management and organisational development strategies, influence and assist organisational change initiatives in support of business strategies.
Ensure adherence of the organisation to HR policies and procedures
Manage GTR employment cost and overheads budgets
Knowledge, skills and experience :
Ideally 2-3 years work experience in HR environment in an International environment, ideally in generalist HR role
Independent and efficient working style
Highly flexible - being able to cope in a fast changing environment
Capability of handling highly sensitive and secret information professionally and confidentially
Relationships : GBS HR
GTR functional managers and employees
