JOB TITLE : HR Business Partner

Purpose Statement :

  • The HR job holder supports to provide professional support and advice to the business by using effective and efficient tools in all areas of Human Resources Management.
  • Key Accountabilities :

  • Support line management throughout all HR cycle like recruitment, learning and development, performance and career management.
  • Coordinate all moves, promotions, exits across different locations for GTR.
  • Apply change management and organisational development strategies, influence and assist organisational change initiatives in support of business strategies.
  • Ensure adherence of the organisation to HR policies and procedures
  • Manage GTR employment cost and overheads budgets
  • Knowledge, skills and experience :

  • Ideally 2-3 years work experience in HR environment in an International environment, ideally in generalist HR role
  • Independent and efficient working style
  • Highly flexible - being able to cope in a fast changing environment
  • Capability of handling highly sensitive and secret information professionally and confidentially
