Our Hong Kong studio is currently on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Interior Design Project Manager to coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, project team members and other stakeholders to ensure project effectiveness from concept right through to detail design and construction in South East Asia and China.

Key Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of projects and senior staff, including weekly resourcing, reviewing of fee proposals and project plans with the BD team, billing schedules and high-level client management where required.
Your Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the successful delivery of multiple projects on time and on budget.
Ensure oversight of the entire project process, maintaining involvement throughout.
Proactively manage existing client relationships and ensures that opportunities for repeat work are maximised.
Operate autonomously, requiring only minimal supervision from Director.
Role model Benoy’s values and foster a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practice shared.
Work with HR business partners to build and nurture strong teams, leading, guiding and providing training to juniors to support their professional and creative development.
Initiate studio or group activities, lead brainstorming sessions and manage conflicts effectively.
Lead junior colleagues across Benoy in achieving their full potential.
Operate as one off the primary points of contact for clients, making significant contributions during client meetings and presentations.
Work with PR, MarComms and BD teams to develop leads and new business across existing and future sectors and markets.
Enhance internal and external communication via functions, events, forums and publications.
Lead the preparation of fee bids, and undertake fee proposals and fee negotiations for projects.
Support the delivery of corporate level business development strategies.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and ensure project fees are maximised without threat to client relationship and repeat work.
