The Role Responsibilities


  • Awareness and understanding of the business strategy and direction

  • Assist manager to deliver business target
  • Assist manager to launch acquisition activities to drive acquisition of new-to-bank clients
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties on various campaigns execution to ensure programs can be launched on a timely manner
  • Perform client incentive fulfillment on a regular basis
  • Conduct timely and accurate tracking to measure campaign results and effectiveness
  • Handle clients' enquiries and complaints
  • Monitor competitors' activities
  • Provide admin support such as payment
  • Processes

  • Work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth implementation of acquisition programs

  • Comply with all regulatory and internal compliance standards

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations
