Claudie Pierlot was also founded in 1984 by Madame Claudie Pierlot, and acquired by the Group in 2009.

Job description

Learning and development is one of the key strategies to accelerate our business development in Asia.

Through up to the market trend and business need training programs, we aim to build a strong retail team with good technical skills and business acumen to reach the company goal.

This position is to support an exciting function which offer a lot of opportunities to add value to the business. Reporting to the Regional Training and Development Manager, the candidate will mainly responsible to the following.

Responsibilities :

Report to the Regional Training Manager, the incumbent will be part of the contributor of shaping the learning culture of a fast-developing company.

He or she will be assisted in the frontline staff training program include the following :

  • Ensure accurate and latest update on training curriculum and training records
  • Manage training program arrangement from course enrollment to evaluation record.
  • Manage the training feedback and prepare analysis for internal review.
  • Involve in the digital learning follow-up
  • Support and coordinate the Mystery Shopper Program to ensure the smooth arrangement
  • Participate in other ad hoc projects as required

    Requirements :

  • Degree holder and preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ experience in fashion / beauty / luxury retail industry
  • Proven experience of training arrangement and / or customer service training program
  • Detail-minded, independent with good organization skills
  • A good team player, positive and proactive mindset with a Can-Do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediate available is an advantage
