Explore the key factors that affect customer experience and understand the motivation and needs behind users’ behavior including identifying the appropriate research techniques and business measurements
Responsible for designing, conducting, analyzing on user-centered design research and usability testing for AlipayHK app, including identification of market trends and user needs, as well as in-
depth testing for the continuous improvement of our product
Articulate the research findings and share actionable recommendations with all stakeholders in the company
Collaborate closely with UX / UI / creative designers, programmers and different teams including marketing, product and growth team to ensure the design work meet or even exceed client expectations and feasible to implement
Bachelor degree or higher in field of Psychology / Sociology / Marketing Research / Statistics / Behavioral Science HCI, etc.
5+ years of experience with focused concentration on planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting market and user research studies.
Less experience will also be considered for junior position
Strong in performing both quantitative and qualitative research methods
Able to clearly communicate and articulate design rationales, key findings to relevant parties
High level of initiative and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multicultural environment independently
Good command of both English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
