At the same time, we have ambition to build an international brand by establishing an even more global presence.The Sales & Partnerships Lead - E-commerce & Retail is a sales position responsible for the development of new business by creating value through the thoughtful and proactive application of logistics solutions for strategic customers in the E-commere & Retail vertical.

What you’ll do :

  • Grow the portfolio of customers within the assigned vertical through outbound efforts and working closely with local sales teams to establish a pipeline of opportunities, to lead commercial discussions and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Key Account Management for selected E-commere & Retail customers working closely with local account management and operational teams to ensure a satisfactory service
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments. Be the subject matter expert for your assigned vertical and support local teams with sales initiatives & pitches.
  • Responsible for mobilizing Lalamove internal stakeholders around value creation opportunities and to work closely in leading cross functional teams.
  • Partner with product leadership to create new and creative solutions and service offerings for vertical
  • What you’ll need :

  • 4-6 years experience in Business Development / Account Management with a demonstrable track record of achieving commercial results.
  • Experience in F&B delivery, Grocery, Retail or logistics with a strong existing network is a significant advantage.
  • Well-developed, confident communication, persuasiveness, influencing, presentation and negotiating skills. A consultative sales approach with the ability to elicit customer requirements.
  • A strong capability to work with cross functional teams to meet the desired objectives.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English.
