Principal responsibilities

  • Supports colleagues and other teams with servicing support for clients
  • Drive adoption of initiatives and practices that enable consistent, competitive, service experiences for clients as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Achieve revenue growth through client retention, reduced sales time on service, proactive management of service performance
  • Ensure client satisfaction is achieved by leading the teams within its remit to consistently deliver excellent service.
  • Coordinate with product partners to offer solutions based on the customers' needs and nature of the business.
  • Acts as an escalation point and ensures client satisfaction is achieved by leading the teams within its remit to consistently deliver excellent and market leading service.
  • Requirements

  • Several years working in the banking industry
  • In depth knowledge of industry standards related to all Cash Management products and services
  • Experience with or knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to Anti Money Laundering
  • Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
  • Ability to understand a customers' business and the fundamentals of running a business
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
  • Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical
  • Experience in driving team and individual performance to achieve customer and financial targets
  • Strong leadership and team motivational skills
  • Proven coaching and performance management skills
