To help the Region to move into the New Ways of Working (nWOW) by :
Adopting and taking the lead in completing the migration to New Ways of Working (nWOW) via working closely with stakeholders from Group Business & Functional stakeholders (QPRs) and from region / country.
Continuously reviewing the effectiveness of the QPR processes to ensure all requirements from Asian Markets are met.
Raising the awareness of nWOW by liaising appropriate training and information sessions to stakeholders in the region and countries.
Pan Bank - across all business and functional; and Pan Region across all markets within Asia
Be familiar with the on-boarding processes of QPRs and good understanding of country / region governance processes.
Execution of financial management processes such as forecasting and maintaining financial book and records for Programme and Project in Asia.
People and Talent
Maintain excellent working relationship with key contacts at QPRs, Investment Finance, Regional / Country Finance, Country COOs, Country Head of Programme and Projects and team.
Be familiar with the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). In particular, working with stakeholders to eliminate any regulatory breach and to achieve good regulatory review (i.
e. no high risk findings).
Become an active member of the Asia QPR and to follow up on action items.
Maintain and monitor financial for regional Programme and Project team
Maintain dashboard for Asia Programme and Project Team on key initiatives (e.g. Regulatory & Obsolescence)

University Graduate of any discipline with preferences to the following qualifications and experiences :
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Understanding and exposure to Agile Working - Scrum Master
Large complex Transformation Projects
