Provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls or email
Handle customer inquiries globally and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events
Manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences
To succeed in this role
Certificate holder or above
Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills
Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese
Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skill
Able to effectively and efficiently man the system in use
Keen interest in lifestyle living & enjoy helping people
Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Required shift and holiday work
