Customer Officer (Concierge Service)

Your role

  • Provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls or email
  • Handle customer inquiries globally and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events
  • Manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
  • Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences
  • To succeed in this role

  • Certificate holder or above
  • Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese
  • Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to effectively and efficiently man the system in use
  • Keen interest in lifestyle living & enjoy helping people
  • Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Required shift and holiday work
