The purpose of this role is to maximize electronic distribution revenues in Americas through the licensing of Euromonitor content.

This role will report into the Head of Content Distribution within our Sales Business Division. The role will be based from Euromonitor's Chicago office.

Key responsibilities :

  • Establish and grow a new client base for up front licensing content subscriptions
  • Support and grow our network of 3rd party hosts for Euromonitor content
  • Personal profile :

    The Content Licensing Business Development Manager will demonstrate the following :

  • Highly self-motivated, consultative sales professional with a proven track record for selling licensed content in the B2B arena

    To succeed in this role you will need to :

  • Develop an understanding of the full suite of Euromonitor's content to be able to successfully position this to your target organizations
  • Research a strong list of target organizations
  • Build a network of senior level contacts across target organizations
  • Develop a complete understanding of each customer's requirements and business to dynamically adapt our content offering to build customized and compelling proposals
  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to negotiation of content, pricing and contracts
  • Have a good understanding of both data and text content formatting and the on-boarding process for content ingestion
  • Performance measures :

  • Revenues generated for up front business
  • Renewal rates
  • Quality and quantity of leads generated
