Responsible for eCRM and digital campaign delivery from inception to post campaign evaluation.
Work within a team of CRM experts to ensure we deliver seamlessly for the program with relevant and accurate customer communications.
Management of campaigns including templates, communications, workflow / journeys Accuracy of content for campaigns
Support any direct reports in delivery of our campaigns, helping to manage workload, mentor and train.
Working with the team to setup, manage, tune and measure all customer communication across all digital channels including email, push, in-app, display and social.
Reporting into the CRM Manager and working with the wider team across marketing, insights and creative, you will ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, accurately and impactfully to customers
Support Digital Marketing execution strategies and development to enhance consumer engagement through eDM, social media, and other online channels
Work with data insights to maximise the campaign reporting and customer response to enhance our communications capabilities
Utilise our Ad-Tech stack including Salesforce and Google to ensure the programme is at the forefront of leveraging these tools effectively to craft and track consumer experience
3 years’ experience in an eCRM / digital marketing campaign role with relevant industry experience
Ideally experience within social, programmatic and / or performance marketing
Previous experience of team management
Proficiency in SQL and other analytical system is an asset ; experience in setting up and optimizing Google BigQuery is definitely an advantage
Knowledge of campaign management toolsets experience with Salesforce beneficial
Able to work independently in the fast-paced retail environment and be self-motivated and proactive
Able to plan and manage multiple campaigns
Creative skills and a knowledge of HTML useful but not essential
Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as CRM Executive
