Your responsibilities

  • Conduct sales on power stations, chemical plants, and any other industrial access projects
  • Grow PERI’s market position within the region
  • Develop a sales strategy to support the regional industrial strategy
  • Corporate in creating a segment strategy including an annual sales business plan that is approved by the Executive Management Team of the IBU
  • Implement the strategy using the PERI Integrated Scaffold Program (PERI ISP) that will drive the business plan, manage, and monitor performance
  • Identify, develop, and maintain customer relationships
  • Facilitate growth in the region’s customer base and project portfolio
  • Create a strong and robust customer base that over time builds a sustainable business
  • Manage the PERI integrated Scaffold Program (PERI ISP)
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts
  • Initiate regular meetings with client to maintain good relations
  • Identify necessary measures to increase sales performance
  • Report progress of projects, the relations with the clients, and also the development of follow-up projects on a regular basis to Regional Management
  • Ensure compliance with PERI standards, corporate identity, and procedures
  • Initiate and coordinate communication with all other departments to ensure proper and excellent project management and administration according to OTC process standards
  • Participation in professional events (trade fairs, presentations, etc.) as required and as requested by Regional Management

  • Your profile

  • BS Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • 6+ years extensive experience in the industrial scaffolding industry
  • Experience in sales in scaffolding
  • Ability to develop and execute a sound strategy for the industrial segment
  • Distinct project management skills, analytical thinking, and outstanding organizational skills
  • General understanding of engineering requirements related to the scaffold industry
  • Able to work independently, good communication skills, possess initiative
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Willingness to travel
